Zhejiang Kunrong Rubber Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the R&D and production of "forklift solid tire" technology. It is located in the scenic Tiantai County, Zhejiang Province. It was established in December 2007 with a registered capital of 30 million yuan and fixed assets of more than 80 million yuan. The factory covers an area of more than 20,000 square meters and, currently there are more than 120 employees. It has successively passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification. Application demonstration enterprise using "atmospheric continuous desulfurization and production of reclaimed rubber". It is the "Executive Director Unit of China Rubber Industry Association", "Top 50 Enterprises in Tiantai County", and the Application Demonstration Enterprise of the "Comprehensive Utilization of Waste Rubber at Conditions of Normal Pressure and Continuous Desulfurization for the Production of Reclaimed Rubber" in China Rubber Association.
The company independently develops and manufactures energy-saving and environmentally-friendly tubular reclaimed rubber atmospheric continuous desulfurization equipment. The production of reclaimed rubber is the company’s innovative point. Its products are significantly better than those in the same industry. The products are widely served by Zhongce Group, Zhejiang Sanwei Rubber Products Co., Ltd. and other excellent enterprises in the industry. On the basis of consolidating the existing business, we have actively promoted business transformation and continued to consolidate the company's ability to continue operating. In 2021, it is planned to invest 14 million yuan in fixed assets to develop the technological transformation projects for an annual output of 150,000 new energy forklift solid tire industrial chains. The products have the characteristics of “cut resistance, puncture resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, low resistance, no risk of tire burst and low maintenance costs”, which are unique advantages that pneumatic tires do not have, and are suitable for mechanical vehicles operating under complex and harsh ground conditions.
