Solid tires are mainly used for industrial vehicles such as low-speed and high-load hoisting vehicles, towing vehicles and flatbed trucks. Solid tires are also widely used in various industries. Once they are damaged, how should they be dealt with?

1. When the tire has cracks, holes, blisters, delamination, etc., it should be repaired or refurbished according to the specific conditions. If there are continuous cracks around the tire carcass, the tread rubber has been polished and there are large holes, the carcass line layer has annular cracks and the entire circle is separated, it should be replaced.

2. When small holes are found in the inner tube, hot patch or cold patch can be performed. That is to say the roughness of the file around the damaged part of the inner tube, apply the fire repair rubber to the damaged place, and make the hole and the small hole just in the middle of the repair rubber, then install the tire repair clamp against the normal fire repair rubber, tighten the screw and press it again. Ignite the heating agent on the glue and wait for 10-15 minutes to bond tightly.

3. Timely replacement: If the inner tube is folded, severely broken, aging, sticky, deformed and other problems that cannot be repaired, it needs to be replaced in time. At the same time, develop a regular check of the tire pressure, check once every other month, if the tire pressure is not enough, it should be refilled in time. Routine inspections are also required before going on the highway to ensure driving safety.
