National tire standards specify the maximum load at the corresponding solid tire pressure at a given speed. The manufacturer's recommended tire pressure is based on the vehicle's load rating and the loads the tires will experience during normal operation. Therefore, the vehicle must be loaded according to the rated load calibrated by the loader, and an overload of 15% is acceptable under normal conditions. However, overloading will cause the tire to deform and seriously affect the service life of the tire. If it is necessary to overload the tire under special circumstances, the air-conditioning pressure of the tire should be increased appropriately, but it is not suitable for long-term use. The allowable radial deformation of this tire is 3% to 4% of the tire diameter. In actual operation, attention should be paid to the radial deformation of the tire so that the deformation does not exceed this range.

Similarly, driving speed has a great influence on tire life. In actual use, speed and load have the same meaning, and in some cases speed is more important. In order to obtain the best use effect, if the vehicle speed is higher than the rated speed of the tire, the transportation load should be appropriately reduced; if the vehicle speed is lower than the rated tire speed, the transportation load can be appropriately increased. In actual use, due to the contact and friction between the tire and the ground, the carcass vibrates. As the vehicle speed increases, the circumferential and lateral deformation increases, and the temperature of the tire will rise sharply, resulting in a puncture.
